Pursuant to Article 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, as a partial amendment to the 2026 corporate events calendar published on 14 November 2025 and subsequently updated on 26 February 2026, Iren announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the voluntary periodic financial information relating to the results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 will be held on 11 November 2026 instead of 13 November 2026.
As usual, a dedicated conference call will be held to present Iren’s financial results to financial analysts and institutional investors.
