Born in Milan on 8 February 1966, after a degree in Chemical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master's degree in International Politics from ULB at the Centre des Etudes Internationales et strategiques in Brussels, he studied Advanced Management at the MIT Sloan School in Boston. He has extensive international management experience in the sectors of industry, finance, energy and sustainability. He has been Chairperson of Snam, Executive Chairperson of Renovit, CEO of ENEL Energia and E.On Italia, member of the Board of Directors of Terna. In addition, he was Deputy Chairperson of the Snam Foundation, Deputy Chairperson of Assoesco and Aiget and headed the Far East desk of the Istituto Affari Internazionali. He is currently Chairperson of Utilitalia and the European ESG Institute, Deputy Chairperson of the Circular Economy Network and adjunct professor at LUISS University. He published in 2017 the book “L’economia del Girotondo” (The Circular Economy) on issues regarding the circular economy, in March 2022 the essay “ESG - La Misurazione della Sostenibilità” (ESG - Measuring Sustainability) and in June 2025 "Proteggere il futuro"  (Protect the future), both published by Rubbettino.

Born in Reggio Emilia in 1972, he holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. His professional career has been carried out in complex medium-sized companies across various sectors, ranging from industry to services and distribution, where over the years he has held several positions such as HR Director, COO, General Manager, and CEO. Among the companies: Unicarni, later Gruppo Unipeg; Assofood; Coopbox Group; Quanta, Gruppo industriale CCPL. He has extensive experience within the Iren Group, where he held notable positions such as Member of the Board of Directors and member of the remuneration and nominations committee of Iren, Board Member of Ireti, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iren Mercato, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iren Energia, and Chairman of Iren Acqua. Currently, in order to ensure optimal coordination with the strategic projects of the parent company, he serves as Chairman of Alfa Solutions and Chairman of Iren Ambiente Toscana.

Born in Venice on 27 June 1973, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Padua. He joined the CFO area of Eni Gas&Power Division in 2000, holding positions of increasing responsibility including Strategic Planning and Management Control. In early 2009, he moved to the commercial area, with responsibility for Business Planning, completing, in particular, the acquisition of the public shares of Toscana Energia Clienti and 100% of Sea Viareggio. Since late 2009, he has been Senior Vice President Operations Retail, achieving significant results in post-sale digitisation, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing costs to serve of the 8 mln gas and electricity customers. He completed his professional experience in Eni Retail Gas&Power heading the Italy sales area since 2014 as Senior Vice President of Sales. From September 10, 2024 he holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of IREN S.p.A.

Graduated in Chemistry from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he has built over twenty-five years of industrial and managerial experience, developing a career that combines scientific and technical expertise, operational management, and corporate governance responsibilities. Following his early professional experience in laboratory chemistry, ceramics, and polymer materials, he assumed roles of increasing responsibility in the fields of research and development, industrialization, commercial management, and business development. He joined Studio Alfa in 2004 and held progressively senior positions up to Chief Operating Officer, leading the Laboratory, Consulting, Engineering, and Commercial business units. During this period, he contributed to the development of high value-added specialist services for companies and public administrations, supporting organizations in their growth, innovation, and regulatory compliance journeys through an integrated approach combining technical expertise, strategic consulting, and operational solutions. He subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Solutions and as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of CIERRE, assuming overall responsibility for company management, the definition of strategic priorities, and the achievement of financial and business objectives. Since 2026, first as Chief Operations Officer of Iren Ambiente and subsequently as Chief Executive Officer, he has been responsible for overseeing the Group’s operational activities across the territories served, coordinating operational structures, and implementing strategic priorities related to efficiency, service quality, safety, and sustainability.

Born in Turin in 1966, he served in the military as an Alpine Corps Complement Officer in Aosta. He received his Bachelor's degree with honours in Economics in Turin in 1992, with a research thesis on capital productivity. From 1992 to 1995, he worked for the SAI Group, in the Holdings sector, as an Assistant Manager. He joined AEM Turin in 1995 in the Administration, Finance and Control area, where he assumed increasing responsibilities until, in 2002, he became Head of Planning and Finance and Head of Investor Relations. He introduced the Sustainability Report, winning the Sodalitas Social Award in 2005. Since the start of Iride, he has held the position of Director of Management Control for the new Group. Since 2010, he has been Risk Management Director and Head of Strategic Planning for the Iren Group. Since 2013, he has held the position of CEO of Iren Energia and Director of the Energy Business Unit of the Iren Group.

Other positions include Director of Energia Italiana S.p.A., Member of the Executive Board of Confservizi Piemonte - Valle d'Aosta, component of the General Council of the Turin Chamber of Commerce.

Graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, he brings more than thirty years of experience in the utilities and local public services sector. Having joined AEM Torino in 1994, he developed his professional career through positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of electricity distribution, district heating, technological innovation, and energy services management. During his career within the Iren Group, he served as General Manager of AEM Torino Distribuzione and Director of District Heating at AES Torino, contributing to the development of energy networks, the introduction of innovative operational management solutions, and the integration of systems following the Group’s major consolidation processes. From 2016 to 2024, he was Chief Executive Officer of AMIAT, where he led efficiency improvement and digital transformation programs for environmental services, as well as the expansion of separate waste collection across the Turin area. During the same period, as Collection Services Director at Iren Ambiente, he also contributed to the renewal process of environmental service concessions in the territories of Parma and Piacenza. Subsequently, from 2024 to April 2026, he served as Chief Executive Officer of EGEA Holding, overseeing the company’s industrial turnaround and its progressive integration into the Iren Group. After holding the position of Operations Director of IRETI, he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of IRETI.

Born in Loano in 1974, he holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Genoa. He began his career at Piaggio Aero Industries between 2000 and 2001, working in logistics and introducing new expediting models, later taking on responsibility for the components logistics division. In 2001, he joined Iren Mercato and, starting in 2004, embarked on a growth path within several affiliated companies: first as a Board Member of GEA Commerciale S.p.A., with responsibility for strategy and commercial policies, and then as a Board Member of AMAT S.p.A. from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he served as CEO of AMAT Energia S.r.l., leading its establishment, strategic planning, management control, and industrial and commercial development. At Iren Mercato, for over twenty years, he has held roles of increasing responsibility in the commercial area, eventually becoming Retail Commercial Director and later Deputy CEO, contributing to the definition of commercial strategies, the development of sales channels, the acquisition of several smaller commercial companies, and the growth of the customer portfolio.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Parma and brings over thirty years of experience in the energy and utilities sectors. Following his early professional experience at Enel and AMPS, the multi-utility company of Parma, he assumed positions of increasing responsibility in administration, finance, planning and control. He joined the Enìa Group in 2005 as Head of Planning, Budgeting and Management Control, contributing to key corporate integration processes and the development of the Group’s industrial model. Since joining Iren in 2010, he has led the Planning and Management Control Department, supporting top management in strategy definition, extraordinary transactions, investment programs and performance management processes. Since 1 December 2023, he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Iren Group.

Maria Greco is Chief Information Officer of the Iren Group and leads the company’s technology strategy, with a particular focus on data valorization, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, network digitalization and service innovation. She holds a degree in Engineering and has built her professional career in the energy and utilities sectors, gaining international experience with a leading multinational energy company. Having joined the Iren Group in 2015, she has held positions of increasing responsibility, developing in-depth knowledge of operational business processes and promoting innovative solutions to enhance customer relationships. She champions a sustainable technology model focused on value creation, leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture based on accountability, collaboration and people development.

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin, he later earned a Master’s degree in Economics from Bocconi University. He has gained extensive professional experience in procurement, logistics and corporate services, holding positions of increasing responsibility in leading companies across different industries. He began his career at Cartiere Burgo before moving to Seat Pagine Gialle. In 2002, he joined the Ferrovie dello Stato Group, where he worked on the centralisation of procurement activities and subsequently served as Industrial Logistics Director at Trenitalia, with responsibility for optimising the supply chain and processes related to fleet procurement and maintenance. In 2012, he joined SEA Aeroporti di Milano as Procurement and Logistics Director, contributing, among other projects, to the refurbishment of Terminal 1 at Malpensa Airport and the renovation of Linate Airport. He joined Iren in 2016, where he currently serves as Procurement, Logistics and Services Director, with responsibility for coordinating procurement, logistics, real estate assets and shared services across the Group
