The Board of Directors of Iren SpA, which met today, began examining the final reports of the extraordinary audits - one carried out by the internal function and one by the qualified advisor Deloitte - activated after the legal proceedings involving the former CEO Mr. Paolo Signorini, dismissed by the Company on June 25th.
