On this occasion, Iren S.p.A. informs that from June 20, 2022 the new Group website was launched which includes, among the main innovations, the launch of a section dedicated to corporate governance (called "Governance"), with additional content compared to the previous one, as well as the review of the "Investors" section.
More specifically, in the "Governance" path, in addition to the focus on the Corporate Bodies and the general framework on the Articles of Association and governance of the issuer Iren S.p.A., the sections - partly already present in the previous website - dedicated to, including the other:
- the Shareholders' Meeting of Iren (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/meeting.html);
- the Financial Calendar (https://www.gruppoiren.it/en/governance/financial-calendar.html);
