Iren S.p.A. announces that it is made available to the public at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. the information document relating to the Addendum to the Service Contract of 4 December 2013 (subsequently amended with the Agreement of 12 July 2018) between the Municipality of Turin on the one hand, and Amiat S.p.A. company subject to the management and coordination of Iren SpA, on the other hand, integrated, as evidenced in the relevant text, in paragraphs 2.3 and 2.4 with the aim of providing further information to the market regarding the economic reasons and convenience of the transaction referred to above, as well as the methods for determining the consideration for the transaction and preparing the business plan.
